Krÿstähl aims to create more jobs in sustainability domain. Thus, we provide a flexible and project-based collaboration model open to graduates & post-graduates, and retired professionals. It also provides an opportunity of Return-ship (women to return after career break) as well as internship. This model allows our collaborators like yourself, the freedom to contribute remotely & flexibly. The key features of this approach are:

• Flexible Work Structure: Our collaborators can work from home or any location of their choice, as long as the deliverables for a project are completed within the agreed timeframe. This enables our collaborators to manage their time and work around their own schedule, which can be particularly appealing for professionals managing multiple commitments.
• Project-Based Payments: Payments are made once the project or specific milestones within the project are successfully delivered. This means your compensation is directly tied to the output and results of your work, fostering a high level of autonomy and accountability. The project timelines and payment schedules are discussed in detail at the beginning of each engagement.
• Diverse Engagements: We have collaborations across various sectors related to sustainability, ESG compliance, SDGs, and green transition initiatives. Depending on the project and its requirements, we form teams that bring the right set of skills to the table. This means you could be working on different types of projects over time, adding to your portfolio and exposure.
